Hi. I was wondering if you apply for a Halifax loan and are a paperless customer would your loan paperwork get posted to you (loan agreement) or be available via the online message inbox thing?

I imagine it would depend on which route you applied through - online or postal.0

It would be online.0

I'm pretty sure mine was still on paper.0

I would imagine it depends on the extent to which the bank wants a real signature on a document - if they do, it's in their own interests to post a hard copy, with a pre-paid envelope. If a real signature isn't required, I'm sure a pdf of the agreement which you can download and keep, delivered via your secure mailbox within internet banking is fine.
But what does it matter? From reading certain other boards on this site, people only seem to get excited about copies of documents when they're trying to find reasons not to repay a loan...0
