I won some glasses about a year ago in May and they've never turned up, i did get in contact with them to ask where they were but never got a reply. Anyone any idea what i can do, if anything?

Why wait a whole year? Have you tried contacting them on Twitter or Facebook?0

Probably left it too long now but in future, persistence is key, message them once a week, ask them on Facebook/Twitter and if all else fails go to the ASA.0

Thanks guys, to be honest I totally forgot about it and i was having an email clear out and got to the end of them and remembered about this prize!
I did email them once about it with no reply, ah well, live and learn!0
