Erudio Student Loans why was strike notice cancelled?

Hi All,

I'm not a whizz at all this so don't really know how to investigate what has gone on but looking at the companies house website, Erudio student loans, I'm currently paying mine back, well known as being troublesome and the whole affair of the sell off to be... erm how to put it... contentious;

13th January 2015 are sent a notice for compulsory strike for not filing their accounts, the day after it is discontinued with reason of 'Cause has been shown why the above company should not be struck off the register'.

Then no annual return made until 13th July 2015.

Is this as dodgy as it sounds? Probably not but part of me is wondering if someone stepped in to stop a large embarrassment for the govt. over the controversial sell off.

So has anyone investigated? Or have any idea why this would be acceptable? Is this common? And is the information as to why available somewhere? I smell a rat!

Thanks

    An interesting observation... you might try to contact a good financial journalist (Faisal Islam at Channel 4 or of course Larry Elliot) to see if they would care to investigate.
