So no-one has actually said 'this was an overdraft and your request does not apply'
They have said 'we are looking into it'. Fine. The accounts are unenforceable until they comply.0 -
I have scanned an image of the letter but cannot upload it on here for some reason, they are saying that the " account arose under an overdraft facility", I'm not completely sure that the full amount was overdraft.0
