Ive thrown all sorts into this soup but its a bit too peppery, any idea how I can calm it down a bit please.

Could you add some extra potato or some cream?
I did that once to a veg soup I made for lunches, it got hotter as the week went on so much I couldnt eat it after Wednesday

yes, yoghurt calms down even the hottest curries so a too peppery soup shouldn't be a problem- you could use cream or buttermilk though. you just need to rename the soup 'Cream of ...................... Soup'.0
