I suspect they used that up a long tme ago. It was stopped towards the end of 2013 wasnt it?
Scheme finished. However lenders had a time window into which to ultilise funds which lasted far longer. Hence why there's been plenty of attractive 2 year fixed rates available. As these "cheap" funds have to be repaid back to the Treasury in 2017.0
