Mine arrived with no perfume in it just a card and opened, Royal mail is not what it used to be xI appreciate Each and Every win. I thank every comp poster from the bottom of my heart :A0

I have a card with a piece on top which says "pull" and then "press bottle" which is a tiny silver foil pouch. Only nothing happens. There is a piece of white plastic on top of the foil pouch - do I pull this off or what? Anyone who received this, pleaselet me know tnx.0

Mine also arrived open with no perfume in the envelope. It looked like the envelope hadn't sealed at all so don't know if they have problems at the distribution end rather than it being Royal Mail. Disappointed :-(Many thanks to everyone who posts competitions and works so hard to provide all the answers!
