Raphaels Bank/Compucredit Uk (Monument)?

anybody know who they are, im assuming they are joined together as one credit report says Compucredit Uk (Monument) hold the debt the other says Raphaels Bank hold the debt

any ideas on how to contact them? ive tried searching both companies but cant find any contact details for them does anybody have any contact info for them?

You didn't search very hard :

Raphaels is an old bank with a posh name. It tends to chase after the poor credit and pre-paid end of the market.

Shout Card is another of their offerings, but that's been closed to new customers for a while. Punters paid £15 a month for every £100 they borrowed. You can see the sort of customer they want. Somewhere between Vanquis and Wonga.

thank you i actually did a fair few searches i couldn't find anything on Compucredit Uk at all and i did see the Raphaels Bank website but it looked posh and nothing like a debt collection company so i didn't think that was them
