Hi
I have a condition and I often lose my glasses so I need to buy 3 pairs at a time.
I am -7 one side and -7.5 the other side.
I went to specsavers and the staff member there quoted me teh prices, it was a complex calculation taking into account BOGOF and a discount from the NHS and the fact that the lens were thin lenses.
The frames were £85
It came to about £296 for three frames with lenses.
The frames were a really good fit.
I'm actually a little confused as I think it should be 77*3 or £231
I can't call them right now as they are out of hours.
But generally, for 3 pairs of glasses with thin lenses, is it possible to get them for significantly less than £250?

I| don't think its a case of x 3, I think you would have to work it on a buy one get one free, and the third pair separately.
And no, I would think 3 pairs of complex lenses and nice frames are a bargain for that to be be honest.
My single pair (with thin lenses) and a £69 frame less 25% were about £200 at specsavers.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -

I think thats a bargain, I have recently bought 2 pairs from Boots on a buy one get one half price deal and I paid £225 for 2 pairs and that is with £50 frames.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. That is a bargain. I paid £360 for 2 pairs (BOGOF) of non-complex varifocals in £99 frames a few months agoThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
