For him to do anything it looks like you have to do more than 1 phone call. He helps people who have been fobbed off many times, lots of phone calls, letters, lots of agro etc.

Justin King is the man you need. Tell the store you are writing to him as well, you might miraculously find that they refund you there & then with very little fuss
