about ten years ago,i handed my keys back to the house i bought,because of my marriage had broken down.so they re-possessed it.2 years ago i got a letter of a solicitor about payment,i went to my local cab office and was told because its been more than 6 years the debt is dead,and told to ignore letter and not to worry.ive have received a letter from same solicitor(i think) asking for it again.can someone re-assure me please.thanks
