Popular treatments for hair loss for men

Good Morning Folks

I have developed a rather large bald patch on top of my head and am thinking getting hair loss treatment.

Can someone be kind enough to tell me of any treatments (preferably pain free) that I could have in order to restore my hair and thus eliminate my bald patch?

I just shaved all my hair off rather than look for expensive remedies. Have been shaved for 20 years now, so much easier.

If the hair loss is genetic, which is most likely,rather than caused by a treatable ailment, you are probably restricted to expensive and painful looking 'treatments' such as transplants.

Royalty seem quite happy to leave theirs as nature intended and , being able to afford any process, must have good reason to not be 'treated'.
