Hi, sorry if I've put this in the wrong place, I'm new so not sure where to put it.

I want to take up a national lottery cash-back offer on topcashback, and it says the cash-back offer is only available to people who can meet this criteria: "New Member Sign-up with Active Account",
and I'm not sure what they mean by that, does that mean the offer is available to only new topcashback members who have an active national lottery account, or does it mean the offer is only available to people who are getting cash-back from the national lottery for the first time, or does it mean something else?

it means new member signup to the national lottery website , i signed up last year and got cashback and havent used it since and it paid out ok via TOPCASHBACK

I tried this last May and in my experience it hasn't worked yet, it says estimated payable in 4 weeks but has said that for much longer than that... Time will tell...
