Havent yet been offered a deal yet, but they are the only ones i could find that give 105% mortgage for first time buyers !!0

Go and see a broker! yes dont bother their recent ad says "arnt hopes and dreams fragile" i have been dealing with them for almost a year now and they are still in the process of setting up my mortgage after numerous errors.
Now im the one whos feeling fragile.The average woman would rather have beauty than brains,
because the average man can see better than he can think.

Hi dunstonh, I usually go direct through the branch, may not be wise (open to suggestions). Currently with Nationwide and thinking of staying with them when current deal finishes in November. I read your comment as better deals are available through brokers than in the branch. Is that right ? I'm looking to remortgage and probably bridge for a couple of months, although I will probably have to look around as NW don't do bridging loans.
