Buying from a SLOW housing association

I'm in the process of buying a house from a housing association (empty house, one of several they're selling) and since my offer was accepted two months ago, I've heard nothing from them. Nor has my solicitor.

I've been chasing up via the estate agent, because despite the mortgage being approved, survey done, and everything ready to go, they're not doing anything. And I'm worried about the house being sat empty for another couple of months when this could've been done and dusted within weeks.

Has anyone been in this situation and can offer advice about what to do to kick them into gear and actually sell me the bloody house?

Short of actually kicking them. I have considered that but they have a gated office building with security.;)
