Loan Correction from Co-op

I had a similar letter earlier this year too, forgot all about it. This morning a letter from the Co-op landed on the doormat and inside was a cheque for £586 for interest paid on a loan I had, returned for a 2 year period where they did not comply with regulations. Had they not told me, I would not have been any the wiser, Thank you Co-op !
