Buying Amazon's Faulty and old stock

Options
Hi,

I for living repair computers and mobiles/tablets etc, just thinking of starting something small for myself. so wondering if i can get any suggestions.

Is there a way for me to buy, faulty, ex display, or returned stock from retailers like amazon, johnlewis etc or maybe insurance company's who can't fix phones laptops, what do they do with it.

So far i have tried to contact Amazon but not getting much luck.
I know there are company's auction houses out there selling Amazon's and Johnlewis's stock. Any suggestions on how can i start as one.

Would appreciate any help i get. thanks

I imagine most returns will get sent back to the manufacturer, especially if they're faulty. Returns may be tested and, if not sent back, they may be sold on ebay/Amazon as refurbished or returns.

Ex displays are often sold in store, sometimes they'll give a discount.

Amazon sell any item that's not new but working through the Amazon Warehouse.

There may be odd other places they sell. However, chances are anyone who knows the answer isn't going to post about it online because then it's more competition for them.

Yes but there maybe a kind soul out there who knows about it but himself not interested, maybe someone who works for amazon or similar company.

You realise that once it's posted on a public forum it's not only you that knows, but everyone else too. So you'd still end up with a lot of competition.
