1. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in ZTE UK’s “Fillin the Blank Competition” Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) and your use of andpostings on the Competition’s Facebook pages (the “Site”). Please readthese Terms and Conditions carefully before deciding to participate in theCompetition or posting any content on the Site.

2. Entering the Prize Draw implies acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. In addition, you are representing that the details provided are true and complete including that you are the account holder of the Facebook account specified.

3. Entry into the Prize Draw doesnot constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or prize draw.

4. Entrants must be aged 13 years or over (at the date of entry), have a valid email address and a valid Facebook account.

5. ZTE UK Corporation employees, its affiliates and subsidiaries and/or their families, or any person directly involved in the administration of this Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.

6. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom only. Void where prohibited, or restricted by Law and outside the eligible territory.

7. All national and local laws and regulations apply. The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

8. How to enter:
· No purchase is necessary.
· To enter, comment on the “Fill in the Blank Competition” post on the ZTE UK Facebook page
· Only one entry per person
· We will announce the “Winner” on Facebook no later than 48 hours after the competition closes
· The Winner will be randomly selected
· The Prize Draw will close at 12PM BST on 12th August 2015

9. Shared Facebook accounts will not be eligible to the Prize Draw. Entries and E-mail addresses may be checked for validity of entry.

10. Entrants understand that thePrize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, in any respect.

11. Entrants acknowledge that Facebook will not be held liable for any reason whatsoever related to this Prize Draw.

12. All information provided by Entrants for the purpose of this Prize Draw is deemed to be disclosed to andmay be collected by ZTE UK/Promoter and not to and by Facebook.

13. Only entries that have been submitted using the mechanics outlined in these Terms and Conditions, which are linked to a Facebook account, will be considered eligible for participation in the Prize Draw. All other postings and submissions will not be eligiblefor participation in the Prize Draw.

14. By entering into the Prize Draw and/or posting any content on the wall of the ZTE UK Facebook page (whether photos, videos, blogs, discussions, comments or other material), you:
a) confirm that you own all the rights in such content and that such content does not infringe the ZTE UK intellectual property rights of any third party;
b) agree that ZTE UK (and its agents) may use, publish, modify, adapt, rework, broadcast and reproduce your content without limitation worldwide and in any and all media for the purpose of operating and promoting the Prize Draw and for its commercial and business activities;
c) agree that any fans of the ZTE UK Facebook Page or friends of such fans may use, broadcast and reproduce your content to the extent permitted by Facebook applications

15. You agree not to post any content (whether photos, videos, blogs, discussions, comments or other material) on the wall of the ZTE UK that is likely to be viewed as racist, sexist, obscene, profane, immoral or offensive or as promoting or denigrating any religious, political or cultural beliefs or that may damage or impugn the reputation of ZTE UK or otherwise be inappropriate.

16. ZTE UK will collect, use and may share your personal information with the administrator of the Prize Draw for the sole purpose of selection, notification and the fulfilment of the Prize Draw.

17. No personal information will be kept after the Winner(s) are selected, informed and have received his or her prize.

18. All valid entries will be entered into the draw and the Winner(s) will be selected at random by ZTE UK.

19. The Prize Draw will be made to select the prize Winner on Wednesday 12thAugust 2015 after the first post goes live on Wednesday 22nd July, in accordance with the competition mechanic outlined in these Terms &Conditions. Entries for the Prize Draw must be received from the point of the post going live on the Facebook timeline at 12PM BST on Wednesday 22ndJuly 2015, to the closing time of 12PM BST on Wednesday 12th August 2015.

20. The Prize Draw Winner(s) will be announced on ZTE UK Facebook channel in the UK.

21. Subsequent entries will be automatically disqualified. Entries become the property of ZTE UK and will not be returned.

22. If ZTE UK is unable for any reason to contact a Winner, ZTE UK may select at random an alternate Winner.

23. Entrants to this Prize Draw accept that ZTE UK (“ZTE”) may name the Winner(s) of the prize(s) in public.

24. ZTE UK cannot accept any responsibility for entries not received because they have been lost, or not received due to interrupted connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions or not received due to lost, late, mutilated illegible,incomplete entries. Any entries found to be duplicate or fraudulent will result in the participant being excluded from the contest.

25. The “Prize” available is 1 ZTE Blade S6 phone. There will be one Prize per Winner. There will be one Winner in total.

26. Entrants acknowledge that the ZTE phone may be locked to a particular network affiliated with each country i.e. UK / Virgin Media.

1. ZTE UK will dispatch the prize within 14 days of receipt of the Winner’s address.

1. Winner(s) must supply delivery details to ZTE UK either via a private direct message on Facebook, or via email to ZTESocialUK@waggeneredstrom.com

1. Prize(s) are not transferable and cash alternatives will not be available.

Entrants agree that ZTE UK Corporation and its subsidiaries, as well as ZTE Corporation or its subsidiaries’ advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by Winner(s) for any injuries, losses or costs or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or parts thereof, or from participation in this Prize Draw.

31. ZTE UK may disqualify any individual who:
- breaches these terms and conditions;
- breaches any terms of conduct of using on-line services and/or playing on-line games;
- tampers with the entry process by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices;
- abuses, threatens or harasses other entrants;
- distributes counterfeit software;
- attempts to interfere with, hack into or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers;
- uses and communicates exploits to gain unfair advantage in the Prize Draw;
- interferes with the ability of others to enjoy playing the game or the service in any way; and/or
- take actions that interfere with the service or costs of this service.

32. ZTE UK reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and to suspend or terminate the Prize Draw at any time and for any reason, without notice. ZTE UK makes no commitment to update information contained in these Terms and Conditions. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules.

33. The judge is ZTE UK and its decision will be final and binding in all respects.

34. Final Prize(s) are to be determined in ZTE UK’s sole discretion. ZTE UK will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the Prize Draw.

35. Should tax liability arise, then it will be the responsibility of the Winner(s)to notify their own Government's relevant tax department. ZTE UK Corporation and its subsidiaries take no responsibility or liability for taxation or for any other costs incurred in connection with the prizes received in this promotion.

36. The promoter of this Prize Draw is ZTE UK. This Prize Draw is administered by Waggener Edstrom Communications.
