I got the same mb, sent them a message with a screenshot, which they requested. Will update if I hear anything!

They tested it and it works, they have said it is my pc setup and to try on a different platform, I will give it a go on iPad.

Same error message on Ipad, you can send your details to them Name, Email, Recipe (optional) by Private Message.
