House Extension - tips, advice and architect recommendations

Hi

We are planning to build an extension to our home (bungalow) and were looking for recommendations for an architect in the Belfast/North Down area.

Would also happily accept any advice/tips from any MSErs who have extended their home along the lines "if I were to do it again...." type advice.

This is an advertisement for an architect. Most architects will offer a free consultation. This architect seems to be offering a consultation for a £30 donation to a charity.
