debt passed on to DCA

Hi all my letter came today to tell me my Barclaycard debt has been passed to PRA a DCA ,I know its the next step ,but I felt sick all over again.

PRA are ok to deal with, (for a DCA) don't let it worry you0

If Stepchange are already handling your affairs then they will be able to deal with PRA just as easily as they would Barclaycard. As you understand, it's all just part of a process - but don't be afraid to share it on here if it helps.
