Who would you love to surprise with a special treat? To celebrate our partnership with ITV's Surprise Surprise we're giving you the chance to suggest someone to win flowers every week for a year.
Whether it's an amazing aunt, fabulous friend or a doting daughter, we want you to share their wonderful story with us.
To suggest someone you love, simply fill out the form below and tell us in less than 100 words why they should receive a special surprise.
Terms and Conditions

• This competition is open to UK and Ireland residents aged 18 or over excluding employees of Interflora British Unit, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
• To qualify for entry all you need to do is complete a competition entry form on www.interflora.co.uk/content/surprise-surprise with your name, email and contact number as well as who you would like to suggest and why in less than 100 words.
• This competition will open at 10am on 19th June 2015 and close at midnight on Friday 31st July.
• Entries received after the closing date of midnight Friday 31st July 2015 will not be accepted.
• Entry is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions.
• This competition is limited to one suggestion per person.
• There is one competition prize and there will be one winner.
• The winner will be selected by an independent person and chosen for their inspiring story on Monday 3rd August 2015. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided.
• In the unfortunate event of the winner failing to respond within 5 days they will forfeit the competition prize and a new winner will be selected by an independent person.
• The competition prize is an Interflora bouquet every week for one year from Monday 17th August 2015 including delivery to one mainland UK or Ireland address.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given.
• By entering this competition you agree to take part in promotional activity relation to the competition, without charge.
• These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
