Is it worth buying laptops that are faulty, repairing them and then sale them or taking the laptops apart and sell the parts?

Any work down must be of a standard in keeping with normal care and skill ,If you have the skill ,I suggest that you 'd better do a marketing research, there are more factors like money ,location ,social need ..etcEvery time and every where don't forget to be happy.:rotfl:0

If you are buying any faulty electrical items with a view to repairing and reselling or breaking and selling as spares you will need one of these https://www.gov.uk/waste-exemption-t11-repairing-or-refurbishing-waste-electrical-and-electronic-equipment-weee at a cost of £8400

Remember that if you do that you become a business and need to register as self employed. You are also liable if anything goes wrong because of something you've done.
You need to consider the costs and time it will take and the price at which you can sell them.0
