I would say 10 to 21 calendar days is about the range for most of our clients.

Um not sure my accountant put the actual request in over the phone but I will check thanks! So we are probably just on the limits of normal service then - should really be here next couple of days?0

If your accountant submits the returns on line he could have downloaded them off of the system immediately (online copies acceptable to a few lenders)I am a Mortgage Broker
