I know a moronic women who was involved in Arbonne before this losing all her money and friends.

She's making quite a bit of money from this as she got into the scam early so as a person at the top she makes a decent amount from the newer recruits. Like any pyramid scheme though only those early on make cash and do so by exploiting others.

This scheme when viewed for what it is is so transparent. You buy credit to allow you to click on ads from other members and for every ad you click you earn more money than the value of the credit pack. The only people clicking the ads are other members and the only ads are from other members so you just spend all day clicking other peoples adds for the hell of it and apparently this generates revenue. Ive yet to have a simplistic explanation of where any money comes from except from new recruits buying these credit packs to ensure they pay out older members "earnings"

I've just been 'introduced' to MAPS. Seems to still be going strong. I'm looking into it to see how the money is generated as it sounds too good to be true.

Although people said that about affiliate marketing and that still pays.

Affiliate marketing is selling the services of a company from your own brand.

    This isn't.

Very true. Affiliate marketing, ones where you don't see all these guarantees, work very well.

I'm making more than £1,000 a month from my website through affiliate marketing, just from amazon links and other similar legitimate websites.

I'd steer well clear of any schemes that guarantee X amount of money or want money for you to join :)
