Sprinkle extra entries please help

Hi
Does anyone know how to use the extra entries in the sprinkle comps
I have done the usual like shared on FB twitter etc, but my profile says I have 638 available, but cannot see how to use them

    When you are on the competition you want under the option
    Add extra entries from your bank

    where it says "none" is a drop down menu and you just select the ones you want to add then "add extra entries"

    When you use the share (FB TW etc) it should add 3 entries for each one you do, you don't need to do anything else to add the entries (just tried one and it added for a TW share).

    Most of my twitter ones have registered, but I did have one once where it didn't add on the usual 3 extra entries.

    I think they do register, but they don't always show up straight away as registered. I've noticed that when I tweet, the extra entries usually don't show, but when I +1 it then updates to the right number of entries.

    I have just posted a new Sprinkle competition. I entered it myself, got one entry, shared on twitter, still showed one entry. Added another 10 entries from my bank, refreshed the page and it showed I had 11 entries to this competition, so the twitter sharing has not counted. I have tweeted them to query this.

    Me is confused Marg. I just tried this out on two of their comps. With both of them I only did the basic entry and tweeted. First comp it showed 4 entries straight off. Second comp it only showed 1 entry after I tweeted, so I refreshed the page, and it then showed 4 entries.

    I'm using Chrome, in case anyone thinks that's making a difference.
