Full and final offer on a secured debt

I may be in a position to finally clear my debts sometime in the next few weeks all thanks to a relative.

However the main one that I am concerned about is secured against my property by means of a charging order. This was put in place about 5 years ago, even though my payments were up to date.

Now do I treat this debt in the same way as the others when it comes to making a full and final settlement offer, or is there something else I need to do or know?

Thanks

You can make an offer in the same way as the others but you are less likely to have your offer accepted.

You would also need to add removal of the legal charge/restriction from the Land Registry as a condition.
