BT - Modem Protect free premium rate number protection

Don't think this has been posted already. BT are offering free modem protection software for any one still using dial-up modems this software warns you when your pc trys to connect to a premium rate number rather than your normal dial-up number you can set pre approved numbers.

You can use this software with any service provider as a similar service is unlikely to be offered from the smaller internet companies.

This has in fact been posted on the Telephone Boards but I think its a good idea to have it posted on the Freebies for all the people who don't venture further up the boards.

It only gave me the 2 options as well but as my OS is XP then it is very useful to me, thanks to the OP.
