You may be able to save money by paying off the maximum you can penalty-free and leaving the rest to be cleared by the following month's normal payment. However, you would have to read the T&Cs to check that this would work for your loans.0

I just assumed that a full payment warranted a penalty, but a partial penalty didn't. Therefore by paying off the majority and reducing the term to one month, would then be penalty free.
That definitely wouldn't work with NatWest. The 'penalty' is applied to full and partial repayments.0
