I loved my Vue pass when I had one- you can also use it to buy a whole family tickets, not just 2 people, in my experience so it works out briliantly. You can only use it on films that are shown on the 2 for 1 area of the site- but it only rules out the very newest blockbusters for a while.

it says on site on T & C you an only use it for one 2for1 per day, but how they would know I don't know... also I think the general rule in our Vue is that you can only use it for films that have been out for a fortnight, but its been a great thing to have, kids use it lots in the summer, had it for over a year and it runs out in December
On another cinema note.. anyone still seeing the kellogs kids film codes on cereal/ fruit winders... I can't see them anymore and the tickets are valid till August 08.... anything to save money as the cinema is an expensive do these days....2007 £1749
2008 £291.99
2009 JanMasscara £7.00 Feb megcabot books x 2 £20 XFactor tkts x 2 £58.00 (couldn't go though as they only phoned on day :-( ) foundation £7.99
total so far for 09 £92.990 -

My local website has a voucher for £1.50 off (adults) 70p (Kids) at VUE Cinema.
With it being a local site I thought the voucher was only applicable to our town but I've checked the terms and you can use it in any VUE Cinema.
Scroll down for the pdf voucher.

Just to let you know that you can order from lastminute.com 4.99 per ticket + 50p booking fee. There are terms and conditions though, but have done this for tonight so, 10.98 for two adults is well worth it!"I did then, what I knew then. And when I knew better, I did better"0
