webb resolutions repossession settlement

hi this is a bit vague but here goes
,in 2010 i got my house taken as a repossession as id lost my job an could not get another to keep up with all bills etc at the time.
ive read soany horror stories about webb solutions,now 2015 ive maybe not heard from them scine 2010ish maybe 2011. basically the house was left empty broken into all pipe work taken radiators,taps an basicly trashed an flooded.
house was 82000(i think)
they sold at auction for around 30000
i belive i owe 57000 to them.
ive been thinking about bankruptcy as now im living with my partner in her house wich is hers an her ex morgaged.
has any body been in this situation owing webb resolutions a large amount. was wondering what kind of settlement figures they would offer. but been told not to contact them as its acknowledgement of the dept..
any advice wer to turn?

As far as Webb Solutions Ltd are concerned.

The original company No. 06580120 was dissolved on the 26/04/2011. Another company of the same name No. 08218259 was incorporated on the 18/09/2012, and then dissolved on the 31/03/2015 .

That might explain why you have not heard from them.

I think Webb Solutions were a DCA, and so I expect the debt has gone back to the lender.

what is a dca?
i was i a bad place the time of loosing the house,and im now back in my feet but cant afford to pay the full outstanding dept. was hoping the company would accept some kind of % of the owed amount.
ive no paperwork as it was in the house wen i left it.

Debt Collection Agency.

But I'm only guessing. There is one report that referred to them as "a third party administrator for sub-prime lenders"

There is also a company called Webb Resolutions which is still going, and appears to be some kind mortgage lender.
