Increase bus frequency for Bus number 117

This bus goes to and fro from Staines to West Middlesex Hospital.
This is a busy and crowded route. Bus number 117 comes once in 20 mins which is not sufficient to meet the needs of so many people especially school children and office goers. Moreover Oyster card does not work on trains beyond Feltham, and so most people travel by bus. Plus it is not even a double decker bus to accommodate so many people. The buses are so jam packed due to poor bus frequency, that many times the bus does not stop at certain stops as the bus is too full. So the passengers have to wait for another 20 mins for the next bus 117. We need a bus at least once every 10 mins, to be able to cope with the passenger rush.

Why on earth would I sign a petition for a bus service a couple of hundred miles away from me?
I wouldn't sign one for an increase in bus services in my own city if it didn't affect me!0 -

Not sure you've quite grasped the idea of "community". If you're just out for yourself then perhaps this isn't the best place to come. Can I help?0 -

so, someone posts that they are unhappy with the frequency of a bus route in West London and asks you to sign a petition. You decline to do so perhaps because you have no idea if the complaint is justified or not and you are then accused of a lack of "community" by a complete wazzock!0 -
Have you not already tried contacting TfL directly about the issue? Is there a local transport user group that can help?
Also, is the lack of double decker buses because they can't fit under the bridge at Isleworth?0
