Terms & Conditions – 23 Sky Sports Moments Promotion
Eligibility

1. This promotion is open to UK, Isle of Man, Channel Island and Republic of Ireland residents, aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of Brothers and Sisters, The Promotions Factory, any Sky UK Limited company (“Sky”), companies associated with the promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the promotion.

Promotional Period

2. This promotion opens at 00:01 on 17 July 2015 and closes at 23:59 on 20 August 2015 (the “Promotional Period”).

Entry Requirements 3. Online entry required. To enter this promotion, all you need to do is enter and submit your name and requested details at skysports.com/plmoments. Entrants will receive a second entry into the prize draw by sharing the promotion on social media (Twitter or Facebook) via the sharing links on the ‘Thank You for Entering Page’.

4. A maximum of two entries (one initial entry and one social media sharing entry) per person over the Promotional Period. Entries sent in through agents, third parties’ websites or multiple accounts will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will also be disqualified. Once an entrant has been selected as a winner they are not eligible to win another prize.

Winner Selection and notification

5. One winner will be selected by a random computer generated prize draw every 23 minutes during the Promotional Period from all eligible entries received up until that point (from 00:01 on 17 July 2015). The first prize draw will take place at 00:24 on 17 July 2015 and the final draw will take place at 00:17 on 21 August 2015. Once you have entered you will remain in every prize draw for the duration of the Promotional Period unless you are selected as a winner, at which point you will not be eligible to win another prize. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 24 hours of each random computer generated prize draw being made.

6. The winners will be required to provide the following information to the Promoter (or third party it nominates to issue and manage the prize) within seven full days (168 hours) of being informed that they’ve won: full name, age, phone number and residential address to send the prize to. If the winners have not responded within seven full days, or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

7. If the winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

Prizes

8. 2,192 prizes will be allocated to winners (one prize per winner) by a random computer generated algorithm throughout the prize draw promotion. Prizes consist of the below:

PRIZE ONE: VIP PREMIER LEAGUE FIXTURE TRIP

10 x winners throughout the promotional period will receive the following prize:

2 x hospitality tickets to see a team of their choice in a 2015/16 Barclays Premier League game
Return train travel from mainland UK rail station to city of chosen match location (return flights if winner is from Republic of Ireland or ferry transfers from Isle of Man or Channel Islands)
Return private transfers from station of arrival to hotel (return train travel or car transfers from the airport if winner is from Republic of Ireland. Return train travel or car transfers from ferry port if winner is from Isle of Man or Channel Islands)
One night’s hotel accommodation with a five-star rating, based on winner and guest sharing a twin or double room, including breakfast
Return private transfers from hotel to football stadium



Prize is valid for the 2015/2016 Barclays Premier League football season and choice of game is subject to availability; For the avoidance of doubt, hospitality tickets to matches in the UEFA Champions League, International fixtures or any other competition will not be available; Entry-level hospitality inclusions vary between clubs but are likely to include a three-course meal and complimentary bar; Minimum age and dress code may apply for hospitality areas; It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they follow all rules in place by the football club, and Sky has no control should they be denied access to either the stadium or hospitality area; Prize cannot be taken over Christmas and New Year from 18 December 2015 – 4 January 2016, over Easter Sunday 2015 or over UK bank holidays; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; At least one traveller must be over the age of 18 to travel; Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission; The prize excludes domestic ground transfers; The prize excludes meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.

PRIZE TWO: SKY PACKAGE

15 x winners throughout the promotional period will receive the following prize:

1 x Sky’s complete bundle package consisting of:
1 x Sky+HD box
Free standard installation provided by Sky subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below);
1 x 12 month subscription to Sky’s Complete Bundle package



If you are a winner and are new to Sky TV you will be required to enter into three subscription contracts (Sky digital, Sky+ and Sky+HD subscriptions for the minimum term of 12 months). After your 12 months’ free viewing, standard subscription charges will apply, unless you change your package, giving over 31 days’ notice, you will pay the prevailing price for the Complete Bundle (currently £71.25 pm in the UK and €83 pm in the Republic of Ireland). Sky+ subscription is free while you subscribe to Sky TV (otherwise £10 pm in the UK). Sky selects your equipment. You must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom. Unless you are already a Sky+ subscriber you will need Sky+HD professionally set up, even if you already have a minidish. Costs apply for non-standard set-up. Your box must be connected to a fixed telephone line. You must get all consents required (e.g. landlord’s). Sky Box Office Movies, Stand-alone Premium Channels, and pay-per-view services and events are not included in the Prize and must be paid for separately. Prices, programmes/channels are subject to change. Existing Sky TV customers will receive a free Complete Bundle subscription and a free Sky+HD box. Multiscreen is not included in the prize.

PRIZE THREE: SKY SPORTS MOMENTS SWEETS

2,167 x winners throughout the promotional period will receive the following prize:

1 x 150g bag of Sky Sports ‘Moments’ branded sweets



Sweets will be delivered to the winner’s address within 30 days of the winner being notified.

Data Protection

9. Any entrant data collected will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winners to notify them of the prize and, if you are the winner, we may pass them on to third parties to deliver the prize.

10. By entering this promotion and selecting the opt-in check box, you agree Sky may use your information to contact you about products and services you may like. You can change your direct marketing preferences by contacting us on 03442 414141 or through the “Contact us” link at https://www.sky.com. You can also click on the “unsubscribe” link in direct marketing emails from us.

11. If you are the winner, you agree that the Promoter may make your full name and county available and may use your full name, county and photograph for post-event publicity purposes without additional remuneration.

General

12. The promoter does not accept any responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

13. There is no cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

15. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from the enjoyment of the prize; and/or any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize beyond the Promoter’s control; and for any act or default of any third party supplier.

16. The terms and conditions of any other third party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.

17. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

18. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.

19. Details of the prize winners’ full name and county will be available for one month after the close of this promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address below and stating the name and date of the promotion.

20. The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter, other entrants or Sky staff which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

21. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.

22. This promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this promotion.

Hi guys,

Just stumbled upon this competition from Sky Sports, giving us the chance to win a prize every 23 minutes until next Thursday (20th August).

Prizes up for grabs include Sky TV packages and VIP trips to see a Barclays Premier League team of your choice.

I can't post links in this thread but if you Google "Sky Sports plmoments" click on the first result, then you need to click on 'Win every 23 minutes" in top right once you're on the website.

Hopefully someone will post the exact link below!
