please help recent graduate travelling need loan!

Im hoping the wise people of this forum can advise me a bit,

I graduated this summer and am lookin to go and live in australia for a year, i have paid for flights (£1000) and working visa, and by the time we go at the end of november im hoping my natwest (2000 overdraft) will be paid off or close to, i keep this overdraft til next july it then reverts to £1600, they dont charge and im happy with this. I have £400 on my natwest credit card. I want to get a £4000 loan, but cant decide what is best for me, Im tempted to go with the natwest grad loan which i can pay off £150 a month over 3 years, I am also 3 and half years into an accident claim i had while travelling when i was 18, so im hoping when i get my pay out (top end £60,000 unrealistic more like £10,000) so fingers crossed within the next year i will be able to pay the loan off in full, but in the meantime deposits for shared flat in sydney and a month in thailand before starting work in sydney I think £4000 will be enough to give me piece of mind, I really appreciate whoever has read this far and would really like some advice, im pretty good with money and obviously living abroad i wont start paying my student loan off yet.

thanks so much
sophie
