PPI Mortgage information pls

Hi
After putting it off for more then a year ,I would like to try and put a reclaim for PPI on my mortgage with ( Birmingham midshires )

I have couple of questions if someone could please help me.

Do I put a claim for PPI OR on the exit fee on the mortgage ? ( as I have just cleared my mortgage recently )

Also which form do I fill in , I cant seem to find it on the forum?

Is it the same form for both claims ?

Thank you :o:o

    You don't 'reclaim'

You put in a complaint about being miss sold PPI, but you have to have a reason for a complaint
and some evidence to back it up.... Do you have a reason and some evidence ??

Why would you think you are entitled to your exit fee back....
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

They are two separate complaints. It would be silly to put in a complaint about the exit fee if you want to complain about PPI. That is unless you have a complaint about the exit fee being wrong (exit fees are allowed. The FCA ruling was where the fee changed from the last deal bought and what you paid).

Did Birmingham Midshires sell you PPI? (a lot of their business is broker arranged. This is important as BM are only liable for their own branded product and not those sold by third parties)
When were you sold the PPI (approx) (again this can be an issue linked to the above question)
