Roof Leaking!!!

Hi
Can you believe it we had windows fitted by Zenith and they were badly fitted - so they replaced them - since replacing it's rained and yes they leaked. Started last night no-one could do anything, so then this morning they sent someone out! - apparently repaired we had a storm and yes it leaked worse!! The fools had tried to fill is with cement in bad weather?
So we rang emergency insurance line and we were asked "have you had a storm e.g. winds greater than 50mph" - er let me check my instruments!???? So they rang met office , mean obnoxious Zenith man decided to be rude and talk over me.
My really really patient DF ended up swearing at him! Meanwhile I called to make a claim on the how insurance and got the standard "you're not covered if... etc", then they said with a sense of urgency someone will be with you in 48 hours to 2 weeks! Fab my pot of yellow rain is last that long.
Thankfully the first lady called back to advised me the Met office had advised them we'd have winds strong enough - thank heavens now a repair man is on his way - but if the damage was caused by Zenith as we fear it was he will not be able to repair it!
Arggghhhhh just as things were getting straight!
