Ear plug headphones

I have purchased these in the past, and in spite of buyiing ones with different sized earbuds enclosed, never ever managed to keep them in my ears for any length of time.

I might have small ears tunnels etc.., its hard to find one small enough to fit that will stay in.

Am I doing something wrong? Any advice other than to keep buying over ear headphones?

Hope you find something- you may find more results (when shopping) if you search for in-ear earphones or just earphones as headphones is normally the title given to over-the-head types and in-ears tend to be called earphones.

I would recommend Sony or Sennheiser for sound but they are both so fragile that they wont last very long unless you use them when you are veeerrry veerrryy still. Movement and weak cables and delicate connections do not mix and I'm yet to have a pair from either brand last longer than 6-8 months before they either become crackly because dust has gotten to the connections or they lose sound in one ear.

I've tried the cheaper brands in places like Currys (JVC, Gogi or similar) and they all sounded so shrill I ended up getting rid of them as soon as I could afford to. I think you need to pay a little more for decent sound quality.

I have tried some majorly expensive types (Shure, Bose, Monster and some of the more expensive Sony branded versions... and etc) and though they do last longer and the sound quality was great, they were so expensive I'd never pay to replace.
