Statute barred Scotland

    Yes and the limitation period is only 5 years in Scotland.

    Ten years ? Statute barred letter the way to go.

    Remember that it's 5/6 years from when you last paid towards the debt or acknowledged it in writing, not when the debt was incurred or the account opened.

    When sending such letters be pre warned the usual response is the DCA invent a payment.
