Yes and the limitation period is only 5 years in Scotland.What will your verse be?

Remember that it's 5/6 years from when you last paid towards the debt or acknowledged it in writing, not when the debt was incurred or the account opened.What will your verse be?

When sending such letters be pre warned the usual response is the DCA invent a payment.I do Contracts, all day every day.0
