OVO won't let me switch to cheaper tarrif within OVO

I was really hoping to query this with MSE Cheap Energy Club as no more information to seek from OVO but I could not see a way to contact them or a dedicated thread on here so I thought they might respond to this thread.
If it is as OVO insist then perhaps these options should not be suggested in the CEC list.0 -
