6. Prizes
The weekly prize winner will receive one of Five x (1 of 5) ‘Discover Summer Travel Bundles’ to include a Britax KIDFIX SL SICT car seat plus LeapFrog goodies worth £100. 5 prizes only – one per person. One (1) winner will also be selected to win a grand prize of a Center Parcs break up to the value of £750 (the prize does not include travel, food & drink or activities). The winner will receive a midweek (Monday-Friday) or weekend (Friday to Monday) break at a Center Parcs Village of their choice up to the value of £750. If the value of the break is less than £750, the winner can have the balance in Center Parcs vouchers. If the value of the break exceeds £750, the winner can pay the remaining balance (must be paid in full 10 weeks before arrival). Breaks must be booked and taken by 1st September 2016. The Center Parcs’ normal terms and conditions of booking apply (these can be viewed at https://www.centerparcs.co.uk/makeabooking/terms/index.jsp) This prize will also include a LeapFrog bundle worth £300 supplied by LeapFrog.
It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured and to ensure that the travelling party adheres to relevant safety regulations as set out by the Promoter. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or other access requirements for the winner and/or their party when taking up the prize. If the winners are under the age of 21 they will require the lead booker of any breaks won, or booked with vouchers that have been won, to be aged 21 or over.
The prizes stated are not negotiable or transferable, nor can any cash alternative by offered except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason or if the winner’s vehicle is not approved to take on the chosen car seat. The vehicle approval/suitability will be checked by either the retailer or the Sponsor. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
