Wondering if they do offers often, or it's because they're new (they launched in June) 
Nearly as good as their recent promo - Freedom Makeup (sister site of Makeup Revolution) are doing £10 off a £30 order currently.
Also, if you use the code BEFREETOMAKEUP you get an additional 20% off (assume this is first orders only, as it doesn't seem to work twice) - I'm currently waiting on a recent order.
As an example, the Eyeshadow Armoury Kit - all 30 shades for £20, with the Pro Makeup Artist Starter Pack at £20, comes to £18.20 delivered!
£30 of goods comes to £12.30 delivered with the discount code.
They do kits (basically bundles of makeup) or individual items. The Pro Conceal and Pro Correct palettes (MAC dupes) are getting a bit of a buzz at the moment from beauty bloggers. From the early posts on their Facebook page, Freedom Makeup say they have new and different formulations to Makeup Revolution.
With some bundles, I've found you can mix and match (eg, say there's a lipstick you don't like), as long as you have, for example, 5 in the lipstick bundle (5 for £4) the promo will still work.
Offer ends 10am BST Monday 20th July. Discount will be taken off at Checkout when basket is £30 (GBP) or equivalent excluding shipping costs. Offer available on www.freedommakeuplondon.com. Ensure discount is taken off before payment is processed.
My first order is due tomorrow - can't wait (ordered at the weekend!).
