Good evening,
Is there anyone that can help with a remortgage post Iva?
Any brokers that specialise in this?
We are more than solvent since completion and in remortgaging we would free up even more cash by paying off a secured loan.

I didn't need a specialist broker post-IVA.
Just sort out your credit file and check the mainstream lenders criteria, some lend to ex-IVAers but some don't. I've had mortgages from Barclays, Britannia and Halifax.0
