Marriage allowance and carer?

So my friend tells me about the new marriage allowance but I don't know if we are eligible. The situation is....

My husband earns a full wage, but I earn a week
£62.10 carers & £26.99 pt job.
So a total of £89.09 a week.

I'm really not sure if it applies to us, because I am only allowed to earn up to £110 a week being a carer. So do they take that Into account? or do they still go by the personal allowance.

Any help much appreciated.

"If your income is £10,600 or less, you may be able to reduce your husband, wife or civil partner’s tax by £212.


You can claim Marriage Allowance if all the following apply:

you’re married or in a civil partnership
your annual income is £10,600 or less, plus up to £5,000 of tax-free savings interest
your partner’s annual income is between £10,601 and £42,385
you were born on or after 6 April 1935"
