Mortgage with Natwest, one we went for no longer available?

We were applying for a 3 year fix (10% deposit) at 3.73%. I had seen it listed on a few websites.
I saw on a thread on here where someone posted that Natwest have changed their rates, and now I can't find the above one we went for.
If it has changed before we have our offer, do we select another one to go with? Is it time consuming or a tick a different box kind of thing?

No. New rates apply to new applications from the date the rates changed.
