Hi,
Does anybody know what a retail marker is?
Apparently Nat West are unable to proceed with my mortgage application because there is a 'retail marker' at branch. When I asked which branch, I was asked if I had a personal advisor or a bank manager. I DON'T EVEN BANK WITH NAT WEST! I never have done!
