ICS Learn online course

ICS seem to be pretty reputable. Has anyone heard any negativity around doing an online course with them? The course does include 4 workshops in person and is marked and awarded via assignments (CIPD Level 5)

I just want some further insight before I sign up.

I am doing a CIPD level 5 online course, not through ICS though. I am happy to share with you the info I found out while researching courses if it would be helpful?

My wife did an ICS IT Course a few years back, it was awful.

The materials were terrible and didn't even match the course syllabus, the tutor never responded to anything she asked. In the end she gave up doing the course as it was just pointless and she would get better from the local college.

Funny thing is she never submitted an assignment or complete the course and not once did anyone from ICS query why.

This was a few years back so maybe they have improved now, BUT i doubt it very much, they are all about making money and don't really care about their service users.
