This month's prize is a two-night short break for two people at one of 54 UK-wide locations, including breakfast and one two-course dinner for two in the hotel’s restaurant. So whether you choose to escape to a luxurious country pile or a boutique B&B, switch off your mobile phone and enjoy some 'me' time.

To enter the prize draw, complete the form before midnight on August 15, 2015. And don't forget to come back next month when we'll be giving away a makeover and photo shoot for two.

Entries must be received by midnight on the closing date of each draw. Late entries for each draw and entries that are illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. 5. The first monthly prize draw closes at midnight on February 15, 2015 and the 10 subsequent prize draws close at midnight on 15th of the month, with the final prize draw closing on November.

6. The winners for each draw will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date for that draw. An up to date list of the winners’ names and counties can be obtained by sending a sae to Imedeen Prize Draws Winners, Telegraph Create, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT before January 15, 2016.
7. The winners will be contacted within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw in which they are a winner. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner or should a winner be unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
9. The prize in each prize draw is listed in the appendix to these terms and conditions, below.
10. Prizes exclude travel, personal expenditure, incidental costs or anything not specified in the description of the prizes.
10. All prizes must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being notified and exclude Christmas, New Year's Eve, Valentine’s Day, Easter, school and bank holidays. All elements of each prize are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
11. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
