Hi all
Just wanted to know if anybody has bought any furnitures from BHS before?
I am interested in a sofa from the BHS Furniture website. When I phoned the nearest store to see if they had this sofa on display, the store said they didn't have it. So I gave the store the product code of this sofa and asked if any other stores might have it, the store had a check and surprisingly said no store in the UK had this sofa on display. So basically I can't see the actual sofa before I buy it.
My concern is, sofas are not a small item, so if decided this sofa is not what I expect when it arrives, how am I going to return it back to BHS?
BHS charges £35 for the delivery. Am I right to think that BHS will charge me another £35 to return the sofa back to them?
