Budweiser BBQ Competition (the “Promotion”) Purchase Necessary. Internet Access Required 9th July 2015 – 29th July 2015

1. The promoter is AB InBev UK Limited (Company number: 3982132), Porter Tun House, 500 Capability Green, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU1 3LS (the “Promoter”).
2. This Promotion is open to persons aged 18 or over and resident in England and Wales, excluding employees of the Promoter and Musgrave Group (“Musgrave”), their immediate families, its associated agents or anyone professionally associated with the administration of this Promotion. Entries from agents, third parties or consumer groups will not be accepted. Bulk entries will not be accepted.
3. The Promotion opens at 00.01 BST on 9th July 2015 and closes at 23.59 BST on 29th July 2015 (the “Promotional Period”).
4. To enter the Promotion participants should purchase any of the following selected Budweiser products: 4x500ml, 4x300ml, 6x300ml, 12x300ml and/or 1x660ml at participating Musgrave stores (“Participating Stores”) during the Promotional Period and enter their name, postal address, e-mail address, date of birth, telephone number and confirmation of the last Budgens store they visited on-line at https://www.budgens.co.uk/Budweiser
5. Participating Stores will be identified from Promotion based materials being present. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
6. There are 3 tiers of prizes:
   • One (1) Weber Spirit E-310 Classic Gas Barbecue (the “Tier 1 Prize”)
   • One (1) of five (5) Budweiser Branded grill master aprons (each a “Tier 2 Prize”)
   • One (1) five (5) Budweiser Branded folding chairs (each a “Tier 3 Prize”) together, the “Prize”.
7. Eleven (11) entrants will be chosen at random during the week commencing 10th August 2015 under independent supervision from all valid entries made during the Promotional Period. The first entrant selected shall win the Tier 1 Prize, the next five entrants selected shall each win a Tier 2 Prize and the final five entrants selected shall each win a Tier 3 Prize (each a “Winner”). The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
