has anyone seen any T&Cs for this comp?
they seem to be making it up as they go along.
worrying, for such a huge prize.

Myself and at least 3 other compers I can think of from this forum live quite close, and they do say anyone is welcome to come along and witness the draw ,,,,,“I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints.” - Billy Joel

I know one of the lads running it, they're very amateur in this kind of thing so are feeling their way. They receive criticism for every decision they take with regards to it. I'm sure their next comp at 30k will be managed a lot better (BMW Z4!)Started Comping: 1st June 2015
Prizes so far: 12kg Dog Food, Pro-Thermal Cream, Kindle Fire HD, Playing Cards, Canvas Bag, Cherry Tree, Jupiter Ascending Merch, Jelly Footballs, Afternoon Tea0 -
FWIW I like the idea that they're ringing the winner straight away. Means they don't have to chase the winner and mess about with re-draws over the following days/weeks etc.
It will be a lot more polished next time I would imagine.Started Comping: 1st June 2015

for what it's worth, i wasn't criticising them personally. just that there seems to be things changing each day. kinda annoying. and isn't it against ASA rules?
btw, they will be re-drawing if the winner doesn't say the correct phrase - that's another thing that's suddenly appeared as a condition in the last few days.0 -
Their new comp to win the BMW Z4 is now a charity raffle you have to pay for but still have to say the winning phrase if they ring you. Surely this cannot be right. If you pay to enter and you are drawn you should win.0

When you go into the route of "pay to enter" there are many legal requirements the company must follow.
I wonder if the company know this0 -

They really do seem to be winging it. No offence to them, they seem like nice guys, but I doubt they realise there's so many rules surrounding competitions.0
